Letter of Intent / Premises
The Letter of Intent (LOI) or proposal should include at the very least the following information in the Premises section of the LOI.
- Description of the space (building address, floor and suite #) and floor plan (attached as an exhibit).
- Number of rentable square feet in the Premises and the Building.
- Method of measuring the rentable square feet in the Premises.
